Fix and Flex Physiotherapy was started in 2021 by Dr. Ankita Jain (MPT, BPT).
At Fix and Flex, we have a team of highly skilled and experienced physiotherapists dedicated to providing the best possible care for our patients.

Our goal is to help you recover from your injury or condition, and to prevent future injuries through education and preventative measures.

Treatment
At Fix and Flex, we assess your condition and create a custom improvement and recovery plan. It starts with a consulting session with our Head Physiotherapist Dr Ankita Jain. Thereafter, you will then be put on a customised treatment plan where your recovery will be monitored.
